Relations between the sufficient conditions
A fixed saving for the real part or norm of the block exponential sum would give a certificate. The endpoint conditions seek a residue or size bound along an LCM sequence instead. Proposition 9.14 relates the sufficient formulations; the arithmetic estimates required by them remain open.
The generic bounded-rank argument fails for a separate reason: the rational comparison sequence has unbounded section rank. A totient-specific upper bound would require hypotheses not shared by that sequence.
These are statements about the displayed conditions and comparisons, not an exhaustive classification of possible proofs. Some conditions are equivalent to irrationality; others are only sufficient. No relative difficulty, truth probability, or independent formal verification follows from their position in the table.
